We
now have six properties dedicated to the wholesale garment trade
with the maintenance building recently converted into the Fashion
Shoppe. Together, there are over 85,000 square feet of ground floor garment industry
space available.
City Market Fashion Plaza. It’s name reflects our
connection with the earliest marketplace in Downtown Los Angeles.
There are about 10,000 square feet of ground floor wholesale
marketing space. Altogether with about 75,000 square feet of parking on three floors,
the project is very user friendly with lots of loading area for
the merchants. The Fashion Plaza is fully occupied.

Dock. Our flagship garment oriented property has 24 individual units with
135 roof-top parking spaces
for the general public. There is additional parking behind the
building for the tenants. The 50,000 square foot

Fashion Warehouse 1, 2 & 3 We have renovated three separate
warehouse buildings on San Pedro Street leased to
garment oriented tenants. Together they total about 18,000 square
feet.
Fashion Shoppe At 7500 Square
feet, the Fashion Shoppe is a re-model of one of our “pre 1933
earthquake retrofitted” buildings. The building is fully

have several other sites that are candidates for development as
the marketplace changes. We see numerous opportunities on the
horizon, and are well positioned to take advantage of them. We’ll
